Artist List(NYEIN CHAN SU) NCS.
NCS is one of the founders of Studio Square art gallery, Yangon. He graduated diploma of fine art from the State School of Fine Art (1991-1994). He has presented his works of over twenty-five local group exhibitions and ten solo shows form 1994 to 2010.Since 2006, he started his Nat+ series of multimedia, paintings, video and vinyl prints. In addition, he showed his ten minutes documentary in Berlin in 2010. NCS used to draw landscapes by the broad and rough brushstrokes. Then he continued to approach content free landscapes and other dreamscape series. He has participated in local performance art festivals, such as I issue monolog performance (2008) and Myanmar Performance Art Festival at Alliance Francaise(2006), NIPAF Myanmar Performance Art Festival (2004)He is now practicing on Video as an interactive media to manipulate visually and he used to make documentary videos. In his installation and performance art, he used unusual art mediums such as eggs as his performance in fluouenceart, and the huge roller hanging from the floor as in Yellow Metal. He started working on performance art since 1997. He has been participated in some international performance festivals, multimedia art festivals and exhibitions in Thailand, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Japan, Singapore and Germany. His art works are collected by Fukuoka Art Museum (Japan), Singapore Art Museum, Charoen Pockhand Group of Companies (Thailand), Philip Morris group of Companies and by the collectors from Great Britain, Italy, Japan, France, Singapore, Germany, KBZ Bank and ILBC international school in Myanmar. Since 2004, he started working with New Media art and made some exhibitions in Myanmar and in Singapore.
Shein.
Shein was born in Thayet, a town in the middle of Myanmar in 1961. He studied and graduated from State School of Fine Art. He studied art under famous artists such as U Thein Nyunt, U ThuKha, U Mya Thaung, Ko Shwe Aung Thame and WPM. He has been participating in many group exhibitions in Yangon and in abroad since 1986.His first solo was exhibited at River Quay Gallery in Thailand. In 1986-2010, he has already finished 19 selected group exhibitions locally. According to his specialization in painting, he also participated in several over sea art movements especially in Singapore, such as Art Expo 97, Myanmar artists art shows in 1998 and 1999, Contemporary art of Myanmar yearly exhibitions from 2006 to 2009. His new interests in performance art could see through his participation in several performance Art events at New Zero. In 2010, He was one of the Myanmar performance artists in Myanmar NIPAF performance art exchange in Yangon. Some of his selection pieces are Do Talking, Give and Take and Selfish. He is also a trainer of New Zero F.O.C art classes. His recent seventh solo show, My Son and I was exhibited in Yangon in 2009.Most of his paintings were collected by War Museum in Thailand and War Museum in Myanmar, by the organizations such as AFA Argentina Football Association (Argentina) and Simon and Helena Art services in Singapore and by the individual collectors from Thailand, Singapore, USA, Japan, Korea and England. Being a member of New Zero, he is now participating actively in New Zeros contemporary art movements such as art and cultural exchange programs.
Set Aung T.T.
He was born in Wuntho (Sagaing Division) in 1967.He has already made four group art shows .He made three music albums and a documentary film before .He works as not only an illustrator but also a designer .He made group shows together with New Zero Group.
