Residency

New Zero’s International artist in residency program started in December 2009. We made an open call to international artists and many artists around the world applied for residency. Though we would like to invite such kinds of interesting artists, we have very limited budget. So, The new zero board of directors and advisor have selected some young artists and established artists from Asia, America and Europe.

To the artists who are interested in 2011’s Residency at New Zero

Dear Artists,
We kindly let you know that
We could not get funding to run the 2011 New Zero Artist-in-Residency Program, however, according to the interests, participation and appreciation of the international artists and the collaboration of our partner art organization, we would like to continue the residency program in another way.
Although we cannot support the artist with the round trip air tickets (Travel expenses), Daily expenses and production fees, we can provide the artist with Living Space, Studio and exhibition space. We also provide the official invitation letter for the foundation, art organizations and Government to which artist apply for the grant.
